All fees are inclusive of GST. The following bifurcation applies to total fees up to ₹50,000 for offline courses.

For Offline Test Series, fee bifurcation is not applicable. The full amount is non-refundable.

Students can book their seat by paying a minimum of ₹500/- at admission. The remaining amount must be paid within the 1st week as per the installment table above.
A refundable ₹500/- must be paid for demo classes (max 3 days). This amount adjusts into the total fee if the student enrolls. Study kit is not provided during demo.
ID card, stationery, and course material are provided only after the minimum admission fee is paid in full.
Failure to pay installments on time may result in restricted offline class entry or revoked online access.
Non-refundable under all circumstances: GST, Registration Fee, Study Material & Welcome Kit Fee.

Fill out the Refund Application form available at the counselor's desk with reason for refund.
Counselor raises the request to the management and the accounts department for approval.
Refund processed within 7 days of approval via bank transfer only (no cash refunds).
Study kit and study material already provided remains with the student. Online course access is revoked immediately upon refund completion.
Full 100% Refund: If the refund request is made within 24 hours of course purchase or registration.
After 24 hours: Refunds considered only under exceptional circumstances — technical access issues or extraordinary situations, at management's sole discretion. Email: support@dhakadconcept.com
No Refund for: Validity extension requests, Standard→Prime upgrades, and GST amount under any circumstances.
Batch Cancellation by DC: If Dhakad Concept cancels a batch, all enrolled students get 100% refund within 15–20 business days from official written notice.
Before Dispatch: 100% refund if cancelled before book dispatch. Request via email or helpdesk. Processed within 7 business days.
After Dispatch: No refunds under any circumstances once the book has been dispatched.
Submit a video proof of unboxing that clearly shows the package seal, unboxing process, and product condition.
Replacement request must be submitted to support@dhakadconcept.com within 3 days of delivery.
Valid replacements are processed at DC's cost and sent within 7–10 business days. No monetary refund for defective items.
Prime Course Cancellation: If book already delivered — book amount deducted, rest refunded. If not yet delivered — ₹50 handling charge deducted, rest refunded (within 24-hour window).
